PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is an entire unit for a Food Studies cooking course. It includes an introduction about the health benefits of breakfast, easy recipes for cooking breakfast with kids ( under 50 mins duration for each) and follow up health questions to go with each recipe.

I used this unit to teach a junior high Foods Studies course. It lasted me 3 months.

This should be used in conjunction with the Canada's Food Guide or adapted to use with the American version.
