British Rule, Articles of Confederation, and Constitution | Cause & Effect Google Activity
In the activity, students digitally drag and sort a variety of cause and effect statements with regard to British Rule, The Articles of Confederation, and U.S. Constitution. The overall takeaway is that British Rule was the cause for the Articles being written in a weak way. The Articles then become a cause for the writing of the U.S. Constitution. Within each of these three sections, there are three cause and effect relationships as well.
