Created by a professional children's yoga teacher, this kids yoga storytime inspired unit is the perfect movement companion to the favorite story by Bill Martin Jr and Eric Carle: "Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?"

Includes traditional yoga poses for each character to follow along with the story, or use on their own (modified to be age- and level-appropriate), lots of fun creative movements and imaginative play, oral storytelling, breathing & calming (self-regulation) exercises, relaxation, and mindfulness activities.
Each lesson plan is KID TESTED, and includes step-by-step instructions for the poses/exercises, tons of pictures and examples of the lesson plan in action, and a list of additional resources (including books, props, songs, etc.to supplement the lesson plan).
Use the full lesson inspired by "Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?", or pull out specific poses/calming exercises to use for brain breaks, or in other lesson plans throughout the school year.
All lessons include tips on working with various ages and abilities (this specific plan is tailored to Preschoolers-2nd Grade), giving options of difficulty for poses and allowing instructors to modify for their specific students.
