In order to encourage good choices and behavior in my classroom, I created this Brownie Behavior Incentive Plan. I choose a mystery student each day to watch to see if he or she is making good choices. If this student is doing a good job throughout the day, I announce his or her name and he or she gets to add an ingredient to our tray. If my mystery student did not do a good job, I don't announce the name, but explain why this person did not earn the brownie ingredient. After earning all 15 ingredients, I make brownies for my students and me to enjoy. I have a well-behaved class this year but even my "good" group only earns brownies about once every 6 weeks! My kiddos love it and can hardly wait to hear my announcement at the end of each day! Everything you need to start this incentive plan is here for you ready to use except for the baking tray! Just print, laminate, get a cookie sheet, and you are ready to encourage good behavior in your classroom!
