Product Description
This activity acts as an outlet for children and youth to identify their emotions and be able to sort through any possible triggers they may have, that may result to losing control (bubble popping). In the inflated bubble, encourage the children/youth to discuss what keeps their bubble inflated? What helps them to remain in control? In the popped bubble, ask them what their triggers are that makes them lose control? In turn, expand discussion around how sometimes we may face situations that are tempting, but is important to find a way to pull out our tools to make 'green choices'. Role play is encouraged to act out various situations they may face and maybe (if allowed), have the children/youth blow bubble gum, while remaining in control of their breaths (we know it can be tempting to pop it) as a way to conclude the activity!
