I have used the Bucket Filler management system (based on the book How Full Is Your Bucket? by Tom Rath) in my classroom to create a more community-like feel and the students really love it.
The product contains 2 pages for using as labels to cover your buckets -- one says "I was a bucket filler" and the other is for "Someone filled my bucket"
The product also contains 2 other pages for students to fill out bucket filler slips when they see or do bucket filler like behavior. I try to save paper so there are 2 on each page with a dotted line for cutting it in a half. I typically assemble folders with these different slips in them and I model how to do and put an example on the front of the folder. Then, the kids drop the slips into the corresponding buckets with the labels on them and I try to read them out loud during snack! :)
