Another behavior change program used in my classroom and school is the "Bucket Filler" program. It's quite simple, based off of the book "Have You Filled a Bucket Today?". Students earn a "bucket" for good deeds and good behavior. I put their names under the handle of each bucket, and they monitor their bucket earnings daily. In my class we also use a "class-wide" earning where each student not only keeps track of their individual buckets, but it all goes into the class "bucket"!
After inserting their names, I laminate the buckets and hang them on the wall in my classroom. Copy the PDF and add a text box or you can print it and hand write the names :). Once laminated, dry erase markers make it incredibly easy to keep track of their buckets! I reward the top "Bucket Filler" at the end of each month and if the class achieves 50 buckets by the end of the month, they all get a prize.
Included are small individual buckets each student gets their name on in the box under the handle. The white box on the bucket is where they keep track of their total. The larger bucket is where we keep track of our class total.
