In this file you get your choice of four different reading buddy response forms. I designed them with the "DAILY FIVE" in mind, however, they can be used for reading any text whatsoever. There are two for fiction and two for non-fiction.
These are also useful for literacy centers or student book report projects. I think they are particularly effective in ESL, which is how I use them and helps kids to be accountable for their reading.
NEW: I added a core standards page, an ESL Insights page, and a page to differentiate for low readers who might have very limited English. I also added an independent writing as a response to reading page. Now there is a total of SIX pages for students to respond to their reading.
