I used these in small guided practice group work. Each budget is individualized and visual so students can see (green = can afford an item, red = outside of the budget). For students who need more scaffolding and supports, there are manipulatives (money) I laminated and used Velcro to attach to the money tracker with boxes. The two higher levels used the budget trackers without this support, and were placed into clear pocket protectors. Students used the red bars to move their budgets up and down the number line depending on the activity in the small group.
