Scholars will explore how to identify arrays by rows and columns, create arrays with a given number of rows and columns, and create equations to describe the arrays. Answers pop-up with a click of the mouse. This PowerPoint explicitly highlights with animation for each set of rows and columns. Later in the presentation, scholars will explore how to add additional rows/columns to a given array and how this change impacts them. I use whiteboards and tiles for scholar participation and interaction and then follow up with a Build-An-Array dice game as an independent learning activity (also for sale through my account).
