-4 Daily Lesson Plans-includes a mini lesson, work time, closing, and more!
-5 Small Group Lesson Plans and Class Information at a Glance-This allows you to see what students are in your reading, writing, and math groups, as well as your students receiving extra services. You also have formats for writing your small group lesson plans and RTI lesson plans.
-6 Student Conferences and Reading or Writing Groups Notes-keep anecdotal records with this easy format!
-7 Extra Forms-class birthdays, class schedule, emergency procedures, and transportation form.
-8 Class Information-In this section I include a roster form that I can use for a checklist to keep up with who has turned in forms, permission slips, field trip money, etc. I also use this section for parent contact information and my parent contact log, as well as log-in information for class websites.
-9 Behavior Log-Each week I hang our behavior log on the wall with a clipboard and 3M hook. I do this to keep myself from losing it-not as a classroom display. At the end of the week, I add the behavior log to my teacher binder. While this is not an essential teaching tool, it is an excellent resource to refer to during parent conferences or when finding patterns of student behavior.
-10-Standards Mastery/Grades-I use this form to keep a record of students’ final grade on each standards mastery test and retest.
-11-Math Rubrics-I’ve included math rubrics for 1st through fifth grades. You can view this blog post to learn more about how I use these math rubircs1
-12-Number Talks-As I began implementing number talks for the first time this year, I quickly realized I needed yet another system to keep my number talks organized and
to easily keep documentation of student progress. I’ve created a number talk
check list for every category of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division number talks. There is space for a list of students, so that I can check off students once they show proficiency on a particular skill. There is also space for me to take notes and record the problems my students solved each day.
