If you're looking to take your TpT store to the next level, it's important to think big. Where do you want to go? Plan It: Having a solid plan for content creation, product development and updates, and marketing will increase quality and consistency and help to define clear boundaries for time management. Prioritize: Eliminate the feeling that you need to "do it all" and get the guidance to create your list of what's important and what can be taken off your plate. Be Productive: You can't do it all, but you certainly can do a lot more by using systems and productivity hacks that save time, but don't decrease quality. You'll get actionable steps and ideas from the systems Jodi and Kirstin use themselves. Attendees will leave with a plan to create a content calendar of their own for the upcoming quarter and school year.
