Description

Quick and easy to prep, this winter activity will allow your students to practice their literacy and numeracy skills!

  • Sight Words
  • Skip counting by 10s to 100/120
  • Number work with numbers in the ones, teen numbers, hundred numbers

Options include: number, sketch, ten frame, tally marks, even/odd, expanded form, number bonds, one more, one less, ten more, ten less, hundred more, hundred less.

  • Welded Sounds/Glued Sounds: -ing, -ang, -ong, -ung

The possibilities are endless! Students love putting together a snowman craft and displaying their work for all to see. They’ll be engaged in learning without even realizing it!
