This is a great introductory activity to help students understand how we build stamina. This week long stamina "sprinting" activity can be correlated to reading or writing. Each day, the students sprint the same distance and record their time. Their goal is to increase their time and stamina. There is also a reflection question for each day. Every day after the sprint, they would write or read for a set amount of time. Each day the time would increase as we are increasing our stamina.
