This product includes 6 posters and word sticks for: prepositions, pronouns, regular and irregular verbs, conjunctions, idioms, and irregular plural nouns.
Use these parts of speech posters on your bulletin board. Find 6 cheep containers to nail onto the bulletin board (I found black wire mesh cups at my local Dollar Store and hammered a small nail through the back mesh, into the board). Fill the containers with the corresponding word sticks. I hand printed my word sticks on craft foam, but you can print the included sheets on cardstock . Hot glue the labels on the cups.
When your speech/language students come for therapy, pull a cup from the wall for a quick activity. Use the words on the sticks in a sentence, use the verb’s past tense form, use the irregular plural noun, or use an action figure to put in the correct location for prepositions. You can use the sticks with a board game to take a stick before taking a turn. This works well if students have different goals. They can have their own cup with the items that they are working on.
This bulletin board has been a “go to” in my speech room. It will be up on the wall for a long , long time! It is my all time favorite bulletin board because it is interactive and goal based!!
