Goal: To use creative writing to examine a bullying scenario from two different perspectives.
Students choose one of six bullying scenarios and two perspectives from which to write about the scenario. Perspectives include the bully, the victim, a defender, a follower, a supporter, and an onlooker. Once students have brainstormed thoughts and feelings they write a journal entry from each of the two perspectives. Finally, the teacher can decide how to present the final project.
