Teach your students that bullying is wrong! October is National Bullying Prevention Month, and this freebie will get your students ready to combat bullying!
This freebie includes eight bullying scenario cards in both color and black and white. Students will have the chance to explain what they would do if they were involved in particular situations. Take it a step further, and have students role play each scenario, so they're prepared should they encounter a similar situation. Also included is a large ribbon for kids to decorate with a special anti-bullying message, statement, or slogan.
Included in this freebie:
+ "What Do You Do?” Game: Students will take turns reading 8 different bullying situations or questions in which they must explain what they would do if they were in that specific situation. (In color and black and white)
+ Design your very own ribbon for others to wear using the Depth and Complexity and Content Imperatives icons (this can also be done without icons). Create a contest in your room for the best slogan/motto/design, etc. This ribbon is included on two different pages. The first page asks students to use the Depth and Complexity/Content Imperative Icons to make their anti-bullying statement. The second page does not include using the icons in the directions.
+ 1 “Suggestions for Use” page with detailed explanations of how I use these activities in the classroom
This freebie is a part of my much larger bundle and includes the following:
