This Native American Art project bundle has something for everyone!
The focus is on traditional crafts, drawing and games with a math component!
Games- Students will create simple games of chance with sticks & stones with an option to practice math skills!
Ledger Drawing- Learn about Ledger artists and the work they created. Students will plan and design a modern ledger-style artwork to tell their own personal story using modern imagery.
Parflech Design: Learn how hides were used for storage and create your own art portfolio or storage folder with simple materials.
All three lessons use simple materials available to most classrooms.
Video links are included to explore and hear first person information.
Lessons can be modified to meet the needs of most elementary age levels.
