PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Save money and buy the bundle! This bundle includes two grammar worksheets that correspond to the Chapters 8-9 Structure of the Bon Voyage level 1 textbook, and can be easily adapted to other textbooks. Full descriptions of each are listed below.

WORKSHEET 1 - IR VERBS & IRREGULARS: SORTIR, PARTIR, DORMIR, SERVIR
This French grammar worksheet is a great way for students to practice the conjugation of regular -IR verbs. They will also receive practice identifying and correctly conjugating irregular verbs that end in -IR, such as "sortir," "partir," "dormir," and "servir."

Part one reminds students of the basics of conjugating regular -IR verbs, while part two gives students practice dropping the -IR to form correct verb stems. This anticipates and helps to alleviate problems with verbs such as "choisir," whose stem ENDS in -is and often causes confusion when adding endings that START with -is.

Next, in part three, students practice filling in the blank with the correct forms of regular -IR verbs, and choose four of the sentences to translate into English.

In part four, students fill in the blank with the correct forms of irregular verbs that happen to end in -IR - "sortir," "partir," "dormir," and "servir." They will also choose four of the sentences to translate into English.

Finally, in part five, students must be able to recognize which verbs ending in -IR are regular and which ones are irregular. They must then fill in the blanks with the correct forms of the corresponding verbs.

BONUS: This worksheet comes with an alternate version designed specifically for struggling students. While addressing the same concepts as the original version, this "Version 2" gives clues to struggling students and eliminates unnecessary variables in order to focus in on the essential elements of the lesson. It's great for INTERVENTIONS and DIFFERENTIATION!

This worksheet also works well with Chapter 6 (regular -IR verbs) and Chapter 8 (sortir, partir, dormir) of Bien Dit level 1.

WORKSHEET 2 - TOUT, INTERROGATIVE & DEMONSTRATIVE ADJECTIVES
This French grammar worksheet is a great way for students to practice les adjectifs interrogatifs (ce, cet, cette, ces), les adjectifs démonstratifs (quel, quels, quelle, quelles), and the forms of "tout" (tout, toute, tous, toutes).

Part one focuses on interrogative adjectives and the forms of "quel." First students fill in the blanks with the correct forms of "quel," in order to say "what" or "which." Next, they choose four of the sentences to translate into English, and then they will translate four sentences into French.

Part two focuses on demonstrative adjectives and the forms of "ce." First students fill in the blanks with the correct forms of "ce," in order to say "this, that, these, those." Next, they choose four of the sentences to translate into English, and then they will translate four sentences into French. This section also adds the option to include the clarifying clues "-ci" and "-là."

Finally, part three focuses on the forms of "tout," in order to express "all, every, whole, entire." First students fill in the blanks with the correct forms of "tout." Next, they choose four of the sentences to translate into English, and then they will translate four sentences into French.

This worksheet also works well with Chapter 7 of Bien Dit level 1.

WORKSHEET 3 - RE VERBS & IRREGULARS: LIRE, DIRE, ÉCRIRE
This French grammar worksheet is a great way for students to practice the conjugation of regular -RE verbs. They will also receive practice identifying and correctly conjugating irregular verbs that end in -RE, such as "lire," "dire," and "écrire."

Part one reminds students of the basics of conjugating regular -RE verbs, while part two gives students practice dropping the -RE to form correct verb stems.

Next, in part three, students practice filling in the blank with the correct forms of regular -RE verbs, and choose four of the sentences to translate into English.

In part four, students fill in the blank with the correct forms of irregular verbs that happen to end in -RE - "lire," "dire," and "écrire." They will also choose four of the sentences to translate into English.

Finally, in part five, students must be able to recognize which verbs ending in -RE are regular and which ones are irregular. They must then fill in the blanks with the correct forms of the corresponding verbs.

This worksheet also works well with Chapter 4 of Bien Dit level 1.
