As the United States developed into a viable country, there was no “rulebook” to say how the country was to be governed. Much of it was “thought out” but much of it also had to be “played out” to see how things would work. These became precedence's that established many procedures still practiced today. These practices created a whole new vocabulary to describe these procedures.

This presentation contains 25 vocabulary words for the student to master. The assignment is to review each of the vocabulary words, to understand what they mean and how they became part of our vocabulary today. Good luck and have fun with the presentation!

This is one of many power point presentations I offer in my store under the heading.... Establishing the US Government.
