I Am…. Reading Comprehension Passages and Questions!
10 original passages about feelings and emotions
Each passage has 3 -4 comprehension questions to answer (multiple choice)
There is also a simple writing activity for each passage.
For EX if your students read I Am Afraid, they will also complete the writing activity that goes with the passage.
Students will write 1 or 2 sentences and draw a picture.
EX: I Am Afraid
I am afraid of bees. When I see a bee I run!
Their picture can be a bee.
After reading the passages and answering the questions, students will enjoy sharing their sentences and pictures in small groups. Or students can complete this independently. Fun and engaging!
The 100 word cards I added is for a review of sight words ! There are also word builder letters in this product! These are both kind of a freebie.
I put these in most of my reading passage products.
There is also a super work chart with stars for your students to color as they progress with reciting the words. The directions are in the product on how you can use it.
Here are the titles of the passages.
I Am Happy
I Am Afraid
I Am Nervous
I Am Generous
