Do your students love the game Jumping Jack as much as mine? I originally created this activity as a game companion for Jumping Jack, but once I started using it, I found so many other ways to use this.
-Game companion for Jumping Jack: Have your students place the swords on the mat. As they take a carrotout of the bunny hill, have them practice the word they place the carrot on! This is perfect for groups because each child can have their own sound mat.
-Use dot markers and stamp the words as your practice them.
-Smash Mats! Laminate the mats and Smash playdough on the target words as you practice them!
**Included are mats for the following sounds in the initial, medial, and final positions: /k, g, f, l, v, s, r, sh, ch, th/ plus a blank mat to use however you want!
