This document contains a series of questions that will get students to start thinking about being a leader/leadership in management. Questions consist of the describing the difference between managing/being a manager and leading/being a leader, listing what qualities they think it takes to be a good leader, explaining whether or not they feel they are a leader or a follower, and describing an experience they had when they were a leader, etc. This is a great activity to do before the start of a unit on leadership/leadership in management. It will really get the students thinking. A very detailed answer key is provided for you.
