Business Management- Management Functions Game- Planning, Staffing, Organizing, Leading or Controlling?
This is a fun game to play with your students to help them practice and understand the five functions of management- planning, staffing, organizing, leading, and controlling. To play the game, you will read 20 statements to the students which describes a task that involves one of the functions of management. On the sheet provided to the students, they will record after each statement, whether the statement is describing the planning, staffing, organizing, leading, or controlling function of management. After reading all the statements, students can switch papers and grade their neighbors’ as you go through the answers. Students are to put an “X” through the incorrect answers. The student(s) with the most correct answers can be rewarded.
