Tired of the same old project ideas? Shake up you classroom by having students present the instructional content. In this project students will work in groups to identify key events and technological innovations during a specific time period. After conducting research and writing a script, students will use the free app, Shadow Puppet, to create a visual presentation of their research. The app is available via tablet, iPad, or smartphone. After the students have had time to complete the project I then show the presentations to the whole class. With the app students are able to do voice over on top of pictures and add simple effects.
My students really enjoyed this different instructional strategy. This file includes:
-Microsoft PowerPoint with project and app instructions
-Microsoft Word rubric to grade the projects (based on 55 points)
This project pairs well with the Technological Innovations QR Code WebQuest
***Note to buyer: If you'd like to cover this same content with a more traditional instructional tool approach check out: Evolution of Business Technological Innovations E-Book
. You may NOT want to purchase this product and the e-book project because they cover the same information.
