This fun exercise teaches piano students how to play C Major Scale progressively from hands separately to hands together in parallel motion. It has all the triads and inversions, solid, broken, hands separately and hands together. Larger font is used for easier reading, especially for students new to learning scales. Finger crossovers are marked vividly, as are finger differences in each scale and triad.
Teacher Tip: Learn one item at a time (one per week). As it is learned, add the next one. I "bribe" my students that after they learn everything on the 4 pages, they will receive an extra item from my treasure box! I am using this with all students starting in their second year of lessons as technique exercises and to introduce chord inversions.
Stay tuned as I will be posting similar items for most of the other scales as they are ready!
