This lap book is a great resource to have on hand to teach 1st – 5th graders how to think positive and use CBT strategies to alleviate anxiety!
Students learn that the way we SEE the world, through the “glasses that we wear” affects our thoughts, feelings, and actions. If we “wear positive glasses,” we think positive and find the best in every situation. If we "wear anxious glasses,” we think negative, anxious thoughts and can only see the negative/worst side of life.
