This close reading bundle comes with 5 passages about different species of bats. Included species: Mexican free-tailed bat, spectacled flying fox, spotted bat, California leaf nosed bat, and the bumblebee bat. Each passage comes with 1 page of text dependent questions. Due to the varying nature of answers, there is no answer key. Also included is one compare and contrast page to be used at the end. Students compare and contrast 2 species they learned about.
This product could be used as homework, in a science or reading station, as whole group practice, or as a fast finisher activity.
