Looking for a fun way to teach correlative conjunctions? This readers' theater script is just that!
This product includes the following:
--Readers' Theater Script: This provides the anticipatory set by getting the class interested in the concept. In it Captain Grammar attempts to help Miss Smith, a well-meaning teacher, figure out the best way to teach her class about correlative conjunctions.
--Prezi: This nine slide presentation gives more detailed information about correlative conjunctions. It ends with four practice sentences.
--Sentence Station Activity: This includes instructions and five signs to be used at the stations. Each sign includes two example sentences to help students use correlative conjunctions in their own writing.
My students LOVE the Captain Grammar skits, and they're a great way to teach grammar and punctuation in a fun but effective way. If you'd like to see a full skit and Prezi, please download my free product, Captain Grammar and the Semicolon, and try it out in your own classroom!
