INTRODUCTION
Since gymnastics equipment is really expensive and my budget is very small I had to find new ways to perform exercises requiring physical strength, flexibility, power, agility, coordination, grace, balance and control.

CIRCUS ARTS was born…During the circus arts unit students will learn but not limited to, plate-spinning, spoon boarding, stilt-walking, dia-bolos, yo-yo tricks, hula hoop tricks, balancing and flipping objects, unicycles, rip-sticks, strongman tricks, lasso, rope line throwing, mini bicycles, slack lining, skate boarding, ball walking, juggling scarves and bean bags, dance and most importantly gymnastics.
