I hope you enjoy this. Just print them out on cardstock, one set for each student. Have them cut out the decodable adjectives, stack and staple them together. Then have them cut the decodable nouns, stack and staple them together. Staple the adjective slips to the top edge of a sheet of cardstock. Staple the noun slips to the right of the adjectives. Have the students turn the slips and make read the phrases that is made. Some can be very silly.
