I use this document as isolated practice in a small group and then follow up as independent practice.
I also use this document as an intervention/progress monitoring tool.
For each phonics pattern introduced there is a "sound dash" where the students rapidly practice the sounds in isolation. The following page has a word list then phrases and sentences.
