STORY:
I developed this product when my students who had been writing short stories since Pre K. I found it interesting that many of them had never made it through the full editing process to publishing. As a way to keep it interesting, I decided to design the character card printable for students to make a trading card for their main character (many students made connections to Magic, Pokemon or even sports trading cards). From there I build the entire 10 step process which took my students about 3 weeks to complete.

POSSIBLE EXTENSIONS:
We read our stories to a younger grade level and had students practice read-aloud skills and questioning skills.
