This assignment includes differentiated primary sources from The Analects. I have meticulously modified each primary source to accommodate for different reading levels. One set of handouts are for middle school level readers while the other set is for high school level readers. The academic vocabulary is underlined and the content vocabulary is in bold. Following each set of primary sources are 4 modern day scenarios which require students to determine how Confucius would deal with these modern situations.
