This is an Excel spreadsheet in which you can track your student's Fall CPAA data.
I have color-coded it as follows:
54-60 (90-100%) = Blue (Above Grade Level)
48-53 (80-89%) = Green (At Grade Level)
36-47 (60-79%) = Yellow (Approaching Grade Level)
1-35 (0-59%) = Red (Below Grade Level)
Most schools allow you to take a "pre-test" in the first couple weeks of school and then you take the "real" test again in October. This sheet allows you to see both sets of scores - side by side - for each student.
This scale does not match the one on the CPAA website - the district's goal is that each student is at 80% or higher, so I adjusted the scale accordingly to show which students are meeting that 80% mark.
This allows me to quickly see which students need intervention and in what areas!
