1. MAKE a MATCH
--Print the MAKE A MATCH boards of three, or single letters on cardstock. Provide your students with letter manipulatives. They can match capital to capital; lowercase to lowercase; capital to lowercase or lowercase to capital.
BONUS: Included in this set are two levels of MAKE a MATCH
exit sheets. Use sheets marked with a 1 for beginning or struggling students; or 2 for those who need more of a challenge. (20 sheets)
2. MONSTER MUNCH
--Print the MONSTER MUNCH
boards on colored cardstock. Provide your students with letter manipulatives (bingo chips are optional). They will put the letters each monster wants to eat (shown at the bottom of the MONSTER MUNCH
board) in the monster’s mouth. Uppercase, lowercase and mixed-case boards are included.
3. TALL & SMALL ONES BINGO GAMES
--These bingo games focus on identifying uppercase, lowercase letters, and mixed-case. As you call out a letter from one of the calling cards, your students will look for it on their game board, and cover it if it is there.
Print the TALL and SMALL ONES BINGO GAME
boards on cardstock. There are 3 boards for each of the 7 calling cards. (21 boards) I printed each of the 7 sets on a different color of cardstock and we used bingo chips to mark the letters. You could also use colored printer paper and have your students mark the letters with dot markers.
