CUPS Primary Editing Checklist

Use these checklists to help students know what to look for when editing.

This resource includes editing cards in different versions & sizes:

• 3 to a page
• 2 to a page
• full sheet size

• Some cards have the "S" as both spelling & finger spaces.
• Some cards have "S" as spelling only.

C - capital letters

U - understanding (Does my writing make sense?)

P - punctuation

S - spelling & finger spaces

Tape the checklist into the cover of student duotangs/notebooks or book bins for easy access!
