Easy No-Prep Independent Worksheets or Literacy Center
Scaffolded and engaging worksheets will help keep your learners productive while you are leading other small groups. These can be printed in black and white and used as a packet of worksheets or printed in color, laminated and used as a work-work station.
A Each word has a corresponding illustration. Children write each word three times. Correct letter formations are supported with decreasing cues.
B Children listen for and write the beginning sound for each of the CVC words.
C Given picture cues they unscramble words from one word family along with pre-primer and primer words to construct and write a sentence.
D Short a CVC words are scrambled and children listen for and write the last sound from mixed families.
E Given picture cues Children unscramble words from mixed families along with pre-primer and primer words to construct and write a sentence.

Print Path letter font is a single stroke vertical manuscript that is compatible with either Zaner-Bloser© or Handwriting Without Tears© (HWT) style font. Print Path is compatible with HWT materials but allows your children to learn and practice formations on the three-lined paper they are most likely to encounter. Go-dots and arrows are research-based best practices to help your learners use correct letter formations toward the goal of forming life-long automatic and legible handwriting.
