This purchase is perfect for those learners needing practice reading and spelling CVC words
I use this in my classroom in the following ways:
Matching magnetic letters on top of corresponding letters.
Cards are not cut, but remain in full page form. Place each page in a wipe-off pocket, and students can practice writing/spelling the words with dry erase marker.
Laminate the cards and students can trace the words with dry erase marker.
-Play doh mats:
Students roll out play doh in the shape of each letter. Play doh is placed on top of each letter, as it is shaped.
Students read cards to each other in a LA center.
You will receive 156 mats each with a unique CVC word in bold font and color picture
. Students can learn to read and write these words through deliberate repeated practice.
