CVC Sentence Task Cards - UPDATED with a digital set of BOOM Cards™
This set of 96 task cards is the perfect activity for children who are ready to read their CVC words in sentences.
Students read each of the two sentences on the card and indicate which sentence is true by placing a mark in the correct box on the right hand side of the card (use a dry wipe marker on a laminated card to make them reusable) , or by placing a peg to indicate the correct option.
This set has been divided into four sections. The sections have been determined by the sight words used in each group. Below you can see which sight words are used in each section (words are :
Orange: the, on, it, is, in, red, I, a, and, am.
Green: like, and, to, for, has, go, see, blue, he, she.
Blue: then, them, will, with , put, at, one.
Yellow, my, by, come, this, look, you, up, two.
I would recommend starting with the orange section and moving to the green, then blue and finally yellow as progression takes place and sight words from the orange section may be present in all the sections.
This set has been updated with a set of BOOM cards.

Boom Learning will give customers who are new to Boom Cards, for one year, and at no charge, the ability to collect and maintain student progress reports for up to 80 students. To collect and maintain student progress reports, you must assign students individual usernames and passwords. At the end of the one-year period, you will need to purchase a paid account to continuing saving student progress reporting.
