These highlighter sorts are a great way to review short vowels and CVC words with my students. All your students need to complete the sorts are two-three different colored highlighters and a pencil. Highlight sorts are great because they save the time of cutting out and gluing words.
There are sorts with words and pictures, only pictures, and only words. All three versions of the different sorts contain the same words mixed around which allows for easy differentiation.
