Teachers have commented:
"This is FANTASTIC! The kids enjoyed it and I was able to see who was struggling!"
"These games are LIFE CHANGING!"
"Absolutely love this! My kids are so engaged and working together to complete the words!"
Students must complete each word by figuring out the missing letter and touch the bee that is carrying that letter. If correct, the bee will fly to the blank space, fill in the letter and then cheer and fly into the bee hive. Students can compete to see who can build the biggest hive or work together to make a happy hive full of spelling bees!
FANTASTIC FEATURE #1 – Three Game Modes
Choose to practice beginning, medial or ending sounds. Simply click the menu button at any time to switch between the game modes and the themes.
FANTASTIC FEATURE #2 – 120 Words that Randomize
The words are randomly chosen so that each time you play they will come up in a different order which keeps the game fresh and fun.
FANTASTIC FEATURE #3 – Self Correcting
Students will know right away if they have chosen the correct letter. If correct, the bee will fly to the blank space and complete the word. If incorrect, the bee will fly away.
FANTASTIC FEATURE #4 – 10 Fun Themes
I have included 10 different themes to choose from so that you can surprise your students with fun bee characters that dress up in costumes.

How to Play
Whole Class Cooperation
- The class works together answering questions on the interactive whiteboard to figure out the CVC words and build a hive full of bees. Determine how long you will play or set a goal for the number of bees to collect before you start the game.Have one student at a time come up to the interactive whiteboard and answer a question by touching the bee that is carrying the missing letter.
Small group or single player
– Played on a computer workstation, PC or Mac
Start the game on a computer and allow the student(s) to play for a certain length of time. If you want to create a competition between students, record their scores on a piece of paper or blackboard and see who can collect the most bees for their hive in a defined amount of time.
