Included in this resource:

• 40 cvc word cards
• 40 cvc picture cards
• differentiated recording pages (3 levels)

This resource is the next step companion to Say It • Stamp It • Write It!
Students read the words, match cards to pictures, stamp the words, and write the words.

This is a highly engaging, purposeful activity for little learners to:
Practice reading cvc cards (all vowels included) and apply their new skills!
Reading, matching to the correct illustration, and then finding the
correct letters to stamp, and then follow up with writing.

Differentiate this activity by limiting the number of word cards/pictures for
students to use. Students needing more support may be more successful with only two sets of word
and picture cards to differentiate between, but two is good, so that they can compare!
Most students could use three to five sets of words at a time.

Common Core Standards:

RF.K.2.c Isolate and pronounce the initial, medial, vowel, and final sounds (phonemes) in three-phoneme (cvc words)
RF.K.3a Demonstrate basic knowledge of letter-sound correspondence by producing the primary or most
frequent sound for each consonant.

Sub Objectives: sound-symbol-picture relationship and letter formation.

For this resource you will need a set of alphabet stamps ( I love the clear view stamps from Lakeshore!).
