CVC Write and Reveal Game is great practice for your students learning their beginning sounds, middle sounds and ending sounds!

This game focuses on BOTH missing vowel sounds and missing consonants.

This game includes 97 different CVC Write and Reveal strips in color and black & white!

Prep is Easy:

  1. Print, laminate and cut out the cvc write and reveal strips.
  2. Fold on the dotted line to cover the cvc word.
  3. Secure it closed with a clothespin or paperclip.

How to Play:

  • Give each student in the group a cvc strip, dry erase marker and eraser.
  • Each student will then sound out the given picture and write the three letter sounds they hear on the lines provided.
  • Once complete, the student can reveal their word to see which sounds they got correct.

Extra Materials Needed:

  • Dry erase markers and erasers
  • Clothespins or paperclips
