This is a packet of files of Road Work/ Construction themed signs to help organize cafeteria behavior. There are seven sets of six tickets to use for every teacher/ class accountability. There is also a lunchroom rules poster, a caution poster, and a label for the teacher tickets. This is enough for seven different grade levels and six teachers/ classes per grade level. **If you purchase this packet, please feel free to make as many copies of the posters and tickets as you need for one year.**
Write or type the names of all the classes/ teachers on the tags. I took a large colorful poster board, put Velcro on the back of all of the tickets, and hung them by the exit doors in our cafeteria. If a class is given a ticket, it is up to the teacher to deal out consequences (not the cafeteria staff) and it streamlines the cafeteria discipline system.
In order for a ticket to get "pulled" at my school, we had green, yellow, and red traffic cones piled up at the end of every table. Tables start at green, but each warning changes the color. Green = you're good! Talk quietly. Yellow = caution! Whispering only. Red = You got a ticket. No talking and your teacher will be given your class ticket and will punish as they see fit.
If you have an idea for something to add to this cafeteria discipline system but don't see it, send me an e-mail. If I like the idea, I'll make it for you for FREE!!
Have a great day!
