Calculus Posters and handouts showing every step. This innovative unique resource is designed for AP Calculus AB, Honors, BC and College Calculus 2.
Included are six full-page handouts, study guides, or posters for your classroom.
These study guides were created with a Computer Algebra System (CAS). It is important for Calculus students to understand that such software exists and has the capabilities to perform Algebraic and Calculus problems showing the steps. Most students will be going on to four-year colleges where they will learn how to use software packages that generate all the steps.
With these handouts, students will learn how to sketch, set up, and solve problems related to the area between two curves. Examples with both horizontal strips and vertical strips are included as well of a problem where the graphs intersect.
I give these out to my students to put in their notebooks and use as a Study Guide. They think they are very cool. Me, too. You can print them half size also as a paper saver or for interactive notebooks.
