Calculus Digital Interactive Derivatives by the Chain Rule GOOGLE® Slides RESOURCE
This engaging digital activity is designed for AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC, Honors Calculus, and College Calculus 1. Practicing derivatives and the chain rule has never been more fun!
For the first part of the activity, students find the derivatives of seven functions using the chain rule, matching the missing parts (the chain) by drag and drop. The second part of the activity contains three more rigorous chain rule problems. Students must rearrange the steps in the correct order. This requires higher thinking skills and will engage and challenge even your best students. Note: The problems include transcendentals, but not inverse trig functions.
