This Web quest is a great tool for introducing students to research practices, note taking skills, and reading expository text. In addition, it's a great tool for introducing students to the wide array of diverse environments available in California's National Parks, Monuments, Seashores, Historic Sites, and Heritage Areas. Easily adjusted for multiple grade levels, this resource was originally developed for using with 4th graders.
