PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

For some reason, students just can't seem to remember to check their sentences!

Rather than repeat all the typical questions, "Did you capitalize? Did you punctuate? Does your sentence make sense? Did you check your spelling?" All you need to say is "Call The Cops!"

After introducing COPS to my students, they got excited about using the acronym. The posters around the room help as a reference and smaller ones are provided for those students who need one taped to their individual desk.

What's Included:
-Poster with the reminder questions
-Poster with questions and examples
-Color poster with just key words
-Black and White with key words
-12 per sheet for individual desks

For Younger Writers:
I have also included the same posters with a slightly modified acronym. This version replaces "spelling" with "spacing."

Thanks and please leave feedback to earn future credit!
