Uncle Jacques invites Henri and his family to New York City from Haiti. Henri’s family buys an old small boat to travel across the Atlantic Ocean. Tragedy strikes and Henri is left alone atop his overturned boat until another boat full of Haitian people pick him up and bring him to safety.
